Return & Refund Policy

At Floyd’s Flooring, all sales are final once materials are ordered or delivered. Due to the nature of custom flooring orders and supplier policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Special Order Materials
- Flooring and materials are ordered specifically for your project and cannot be returned.
- If a return is approved by the supplier, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- Any additional shipping or handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled before materials are purchased may be eligible for a full refund.
- If materials have already been ordered, refunds are subject to supplier return approval and restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect all products upon delivery.
- If materials arrive damaged or defective, we will work with the manufacturer to arrange replacements in accordance with their warranty terms.
Labor & Installation
- All installation labor is non-refundable once work has begun.
- If you have concerns about your installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address the issue.
